Standard Features:
Cedar and upvc windows and doors
Rosewood or oak effect upvc high security windows and doors as standard. Low E energy saving toughened glass. 19mm western red cedar cladding provides a naturally durable external finish. Cedar will last for over 25 years untreated and turns silver with age. Alternatively treating with linseed oil will help keep the wood a red colour and provide additional durabilty.
Real wood flooring
6 hardwearing floor finishes to choose from.
Electrics
Fully installed electrics. Wide choice of sockets and lighting accessories in generous quantities.
Construction
Built like a house. SIPs make a strong rigid structure with excellent insulation properties.
Foundation
Solid beginnings. Our foundation system uses adjustable pads made from recycled plastic on top of a crushed compacted recycled concrete bases - All fully installed by Garenberg.
Durable and ecologically sound and can be removed without any lasting impact on the surrounding. Perfect for sensitive areas.
Roofing
40 year+ commercial EDPM membrane. Finished as standard with pebbles and a durable stainless steel trim.
Optional features:
Folding sliding door
Bring the outside in. The door folds and slides to reveal almost the entire opening. Available in Sapelli hardwood or Accoya. Stainless steel hardware suitable for coastal enviroments. Long windows are available in either upvc, hardwood or accoya.
Air conditioning
Keep cool in summer with our range of air conditioners. Both come with remote controls and heating functions.
Accoya Timber
Accoya doors and windows come with a massive 50 year life time guarantee and are 100% non toxic. 10 and 12 year guarantees for stain and paint finishes respectively.
Green roof
Look out onto nature. A sedum planted roof grows to 150mm and is low maintenance. Changes from flowering whites and yellows in late spring to deep purples and reds in winter.
Integrated blinds
Blinds inside the double glazing unit. Neat and elegant solution to controlling privacy and solar heating. Available in a range of colours in both venetian and pleated blinds.
Underfloor heating
Toasty warm feet. Electric carbon heating film is specially designed for your laminate flooring. Includes a programable 7 day timer / thermostat.
