Foundation
Solid beginnings. Our foundation system uses adjustable pads made from recycled plastic on top of a crushed compacted recycled concrete bases - All fully installed by Garenberg.
Durable and ecologically sound and can be removed without any lasting impact on the surrounding. Perfect for sensitive areas.
Roofing
40 year+ commercial EDPM membrane. Finished in standard with pebbles and a durable stainless steel trim.

Folding sliding door
Bring the outside in. The door folds and slides to reviel almost the entire opening. Availible in Sapelli hardwood or Accoya. Stainless steel hardaware suitable for coastal enviroments. Long windows are availible in either upvc, hardwood or accoya.
Air conditioning
Keep cool in summer with our range of air conditioners. Both come with remote controls and heating functions.
Accoya Timber
Accoya doors and windows come with a massive 50 year life time guarantee and are 100% none toxic. 10 and 12 year guarantees for stain and paint finishes respectively.
Green roof
Lookout onto nature. A sedum planted roof grows to 150mm and is low maintenance. Changes from flowering whites and yellows in late spring to deep puprles and reds in winter.
